Recombinant canine NTRK (Met1-His430) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.

Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.Immobilized canine NTRK-His at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind biotinylated mouse BDNF, The EC50 of biotinylated mouse BDNF is 0.07-0.17 μg/ml.
The recombinant canine NTRK comprises 410 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 45.6 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 66-76 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
