Recombinant Cynomolgus CXCL13 Protein, His-tagged
Recombinant mature form of Cynomolgus (Macaca fascicularis) CXCL13 (Val 23-Pro 109) was expressed, with an N-terminal polyhistidine tag.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile 10mM Tris, 250mM NaCl, pH 8.01, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
The recombinant cynomolgus CXCL13 consists of 103 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 12.4 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 14 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
>90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
