Source : HEK293
Species : Cynomolgus
Tag : Fc
Form : Lyophilized from sterile 50 mM Tris, pH 8.0.
Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Bio-activity : Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cells.
When 5 x 10E4 cells/well are added to Cynomolgus/Rhesus SELP/Fc Chimera coated plates (2 μg/mL, 100 μL/well), > 40% cells will adhere after 1 hour at 37°C.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant cynomolgus SELE consists 776 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 85.7 kDa.
Protein Length : Met1-Pro556
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity : > 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. > 90 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
Storage : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C
Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
