Recombinant Dengue virus E protein, His-tagged
Recombinant Dengue virus(type 2, strain New Guinea C/PUO-218 hybrid) Envelope Protein(Phe247-Gly675) fused with two amino acids "MV" at the N-terminal) and a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus was expressed in Insect cells.
Envelope played an important role in many functions.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile 20 mM Tris, 500 mM NaCl, pH 8.0, 10 % glycerol.
The recombinant envelope protein of Dengue virus (DENV)(type 2, strain New Guinea C/PUO-218 hybrid) consists of 442 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 49.2 kDa.
< 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
>90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70 centigrade
Store it under sterile conditions at -20 centigrade to -80 centigrade upon receiving. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
