50 mM Tris-HCl, 10mM glutation, 60 mM NaCl, 0.5% sarcosyl, 50% glycerol.
>95% pure by 10% PAGE (Coomassie staining)
Ultracentrifugation with 10 - 40 % sucrose gradient.
The product will be expired one year after receiving if stored properly.
Keep it at 4ºC if used within a month. For long term storage, split it into small aliquots and keep at -80ºC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
