Recombinant HA1 subunit of Influenza A virus (A/Brisbane/59/2007 (H1N1)) hemagglutinin consists of 337 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 37.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 55-60 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.

It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
