Recombinant H1N1 (A/Brisbane/59/2007) HA Protein, His-tagged
Recombinant an N-terminal segment (Met 1-Arg 343) of Influenza A virus (A/Brisbane/59/2007 (H1N1)) (ACA28844.1) HA, termed as HA1 subunit, was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Recombinant HA1 subunit of Influenza A virus (A/Brisbane/59/2007 (H1N1)) hemagglutinin consists of 337 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 37.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 55-60 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
>98 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
