Recombinant H1N1 (A/California/04/2009) HA Protein, His-tagged
Recombinant extracellular domain of Influenza A virus (A/California/04/2009 (H1N1)) (ACP41105.1) hemagglutinin (Met 1-Gln 529) (Native, HA1+HA2, uncleaved) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile 50mM Tris, 100mM NaCl, pH 8.0, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Measured by its ability to agglutinate human red blood cells. HA titer is 0.5-2 μg/mL for 1% HRBC.
The secreted recombinant hemagglutinin of Influenza A virus (A/California/04/2009 (H1N1)) comprises 523 amino acids with the predicted molecular mass of 59 kDa as estimated in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
>97 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
