Recombinant H1N1 (A/New York/18/2009) HA Protein, His-tagged
Recombinant N-terminal segment (Met 1-Arg 344) of of the influenza A H1N1 (A/New York/18/2009 (H1N1)) hemagglutinin (ACU13097.1), termed as HA1, was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The secreted recombinant HA1 subunit of influenza A H1N1 HA (A/New York/18/2009 (H1N1)) comprises 338 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 37.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 70-
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
