Recombinant H1N2 (A/swine/Guangxi/13/2006) HA Protein, His-tagged
Recombinant extracellular domain (Met 1-Gln 529) of the influenza A hemagglutinin (A/swine/Guangxi/13/2006 (H1N2)) (ABQ42444.1) (HA1+HA2, uncleaved) was fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Measured by its ability to bind with Neu5Aca2-6GalNAca-PAA-biotin (01-059) using the Octet RED System.
The secreted recombinant influenza A H1N2 HA (A/swine/Guangxi/13/2006 (H1N2)) comprises 523 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 59 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 70-80 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

>95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
