Recombinant an N-terminal segment (Met 1-Arg 344) of Influenza A virus (A/chicken/Netherlands/1/03 (H7N7)) hemagglutinin (AAR02639.1), termed as HA1, was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The recombinant HA1 subunit of Influenza A virus (A/chicken/Netherlands/1/03 (H7N7)) hemagglutinin comprises 331 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 36.4 kDa. It migrates as an approximtely 47 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
