Recombinant Human ADIPOQ(106-242aa) fused with His tag at C-terminal was expressed in Insect cells.
ADIPOQ, as known as adiponectin, is an adipocyte-derived protein with wide ranging paracrine and dedocrine effects on metabolism and inflammation. It is induced during adipocyte differentiation, and its secretion is stimultated by insulin. This protein influences gonadotropin release, normal pregnancy, and assisted reproduction outcomes. Also, it is important factor in chronic liver diseases and chronic kidney diseases.
Liquid. In Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) containing 10% glycerol.
