Human BTLA (31-134) Protein, Fc Tag (Human BTLA (31-134), Fc Tag) Lys 31 - Thr 134 (Accession # NP_001078826.1) was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293).
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM tris, 100 mM glycine, pH7.5, 10% Trehalose.
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.Immobilized Human HVEM, Strep Tag at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human BTLA, Fc Tag with a linear range of 0.01 – 0.5 μg/mL.
Human BTLA (31-134), Fc Tag is fused with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, and has a calculated MW of 38.7 kDa. The predicted N-terminus is Lys 31. The reducing (R) protein migrates as 45-50 kDa in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
>92% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70 centigrade
Store it under sterile conditions at -20 centigrade to -80 centigrade. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
