Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human CD3D & CD3E Heterodimer Protein at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind OKT3-mIgG2a. The EC50 of OKT3-mIgG2a is 7.0-18.0 ng/ml.
The recombinant heterodimer of human CD3D&CD3E comprises 272 (126+146) amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 31.2 (14.4+16.8)KDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of human CD3D&CD3E heterodimer is approximately 20, 22 and 26 KDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.

It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
