Recombinant Human CDK2AP2 Protein, His-tagged
Recombinant human CDK2AP2 (O75956) (Met 1-Thr 126) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

Lyophilized from sterile PBS, 15% glycerol, pH 7.5, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
The recombinant human CDK2AP2 consists of 136 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 14.5 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of human CDK2AP2 is approximately 18 and 12 kDa due to different glycosylation.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
