Human TIM-1 / KIM-1 / HAVCR1 Protein, Ser 21 - Leu 288 (Accession # AAH13325) was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293).
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH7.4, 10% Trehalose.
Measured by its ability to inhibit antiCD3induced proliferation of stimulated human T cells. Human T lymphocytes cultured for 72 hours with PHA were incubated for an additional 3 days in 96 well plates coated with 500 ng/mL anti-CD3 and rhTIM1. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.15-1.0 μg/mL.
Human TIM-1, His Tag is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, and has a calculated MW of 31.3 kDa. The reducing protein migrates as 80-100 kDa in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
