Human TIM-3 / HAVCR2 (22-200) Protein, Fc Tag, Ser 22 - Arg 200 (Accession # Q8TDQ0) was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293).
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile 50 mM tris, 100 mM glycine, pH7.5, 10% Trehalose.
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human TIM-3 (22-200), Fc Tag at 2 μg/mL (100 ul/well),can bind ABTIM3 with a linear range of 0.2-3 ng/mL.
Human TIM-3 (22-200), Fc Tag is fused with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, and has a calculated MW of 46.5 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the reducing protein migrates as 55-66 kDa, and the non-reducing protein migrates as 110-130 kDa in SDS-PAGE.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
