Recombinant Human IgG1Fc Protein, His & Avi-tagged, Biotinylated
Biotinylated polyhistidine tagged human IgG1 Fc (IG1-H82E2) is expressed from human HEK293 cells. It contains AA Pro 100 - Lys 330 (Accession # P01857(C103S)).
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH7.4, 10% Trehalose.
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA against immobilized Recombinant Protein A (0.2 μg/well). The linear range is 0.8-12.5 ng/mL.
This protein carries an Avi tag at the C-terminus, followed by a polyhistidine tag. The protein has a calculated MW of 28.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 36 kDa on a SDS-PAGE gel under reducing condition due to glycosylation and 60-66 kDa under non-reducing condition.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
