Recombinant Human PDCD10S1 protein
Recombinant Human PDCD10(Met1-Ala212) was expressed in E. coli.
Function of this protein: Promotes cell proliferation. Modulates apoptotic pathways. Increases mitogen-activated protein kinase activity and STK26 activity. Important for cell migration, and for normal structure and assembly of the Golgi complex. Important for KDR/VEGFR2 signaling. Increases the stability of KDR/VEGFR2 and prevents its breakdown. Required for normal cardiovascular development. Required for normal angiogenesis, vasculogenesis and hematopoiesis during embryonic development (By similarity).
Protein in [25mM TrisHCl, pH7.3.] was 0.22 um filtered before lyophilized. Usually protectant (mannitol or trehalose) was added before lyophilization.
Less than 0.1 ng/ug (1 IEU/ug) as determined by LAL test.
Greater than 95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized form is stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Keep at -20 centigrade for long term storage. After reconstitution, store at 4 centigrade for 2-7 days or at below -20 centigrade for up to 3 months.
Reconstitute lyophilized powder with water to no less than 100 ug/ml, solubilize at RT for 30 min with occasional gentle mixing. It is recommended that 0.1% HSA (SDP1139) be added as a carrier protein for long term storage.
