Recombinant Human SPINT2 Protein, Fc-tagged
Recombinant human SPINT2 (NP_066925.1) (Met1-Lys197) was expressed with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Measured by its ability to inhibit trypsin cleavage of a fluorogenic peptide substrate, Mca-Arg-Pro-Lys-Pro-Val-Glu-NVAL-Trp-Arg-Lys(DNP)-NH2. The IC50 value is< 1 nM.
The recombinant human SPINT2 consists 408 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 45.9 kDa.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
>90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
