Recombinant Influenza B (B/Florida/4/2006) HA Protein, His-tagged
Recombinant N-terminal segment of Influenza B virus (B/Florida/4/2006) (Met 1-Arg 361) hemagglutinin (ACA33493.1), termed as HA1 subunit, was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
The recombinant HA1 subunit of Influenza B virus (B/Florida/4/2006) hemagglutinin comprises 357 amino acids with the predicted molecular mass of 39 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 50-60 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
>97 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
