Recombinant influenza B virus hemagglutinin (B/Malaysia/2506/2004) (ACO05957.1) (Met 1-Ala 556), termed as HA (HA1+HA2,uncleaved), was fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile 20 mM Tris, 500 mM NaCl, 10 % glycerol, pH 8.0, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Measured by its ability to agglutinate guinea pig red blood cells. HA titer is 0.005-0.02μg/mL for 1% GRBC.
The recombinant influenza B virus hemagglutinin (B/Malaysia/2506/2004) HA consists 552 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 60 kDa.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
>80 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
