Recombinant Mouse Fcgr1 Protein, His & Avi-tagged
Recombinant extracellular domain (Met 1-Pro 297) of mouse FCGR1 (NP_034316.1) was fused with a c-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized mouse CD64-AVI at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind biotinylated human IgG1, The EC50 of biotinylated human IgG1 is 0.07-0.15 μg/ml.
The recombinant mouse FCGR1 consists of 308 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and has a predicted molecular mass of 34.3 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rm FCGR1 is approximately 45-50 kDa due to glycosylation.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
