Has a calculated MW of 33 kDa (FCGRT / FcRN) and 14.7 kDa (B2M). The predicted N-terminus is Ser 22(FcRN) & Ile 21(B2M). DTT-reduced Protein migrates as 45-50 kDa (FCGRT) and 18 kDa (B2M) respectively due to glycosylation.
