Recombinant Mouse Impad1 Protein, His-tagged
Recombinant mouse IMPAD1, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
IMPAD1, also known as inositol monophosphatase 3, may play a role in the formation of skeletal elements derived through endochondral ossification, possibly by clearing adenosine 3, 5-bisphosphate produced by Golgi sulfotransferases during glycosaminoglycan sulfation.
Liquid. In Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) containing 10% glycerol.
36.2kDa (332aa)28-40KDa (SDS-PAGE under non-reducing conditions.)
