Recombinant Mouse NOG Protein, Fc-tagged
Recombinant mouse NOG (P97466) (Met1-Cys232) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile 50 mM Tris, 100 mM Glycine, 10 mM NaCl, pH 7.5, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Measured by its ability to inhibit BMP4 induced alkaline phosphatase production by MC3T3-E1 cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.06-0.3 μg/mL in the presence of 50 ng/mL of rhBMP4.
The recombinant mouse NOG/Fc comprises 454 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 51 kDa.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
>90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
