Recombinant Mouse SPG21 Protein, GST & His-tagged
Recombinant mouse SPG21 isoform 1 (Q9CQC8-1) (Met 1-Pro 308) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile 20mM Tris, 500mM NaCl, pH 7.4, 3mM DTT, 10% glycerol1, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
The secreted recombinant mouse SPG21/GST chimera consists of 545 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 62.8kDa. The recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 52 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
