Recombinant extracellular domain of mouse TACSTD2 (Q8BGV3?) (Met 1-Gln 270) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cells. When 5 x 10^4 cells/well are added to TACSTD2/Fc coated plates (40 μg/mL with 100 μL/well), >50% cells will adhere for 1 hour incubation
The secreted recombinant mouse TACSTD2/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 487 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 55 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rmTACSTD2/Fc monomer is approximately 66 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
>95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
