The secreted recombinant mouse TACSTD2 comprises 257 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 29.4 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rmTACSTD2 is approximately 45 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.

It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
