The secreted recombinant mouse VNN1/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer comprises 705 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 79 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rmVNN1/Fc monomer is approximately 85-90 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.

It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
