Recombinant Rhesus ERBB3 Protein, His-tagged
Recombinant Rhesus (Macaca mulatta) ErbB3 (XP_001113953.2) extracellular domain (Met 1-Thr 643) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The recombinant Rhesus ErbB3 consists of 635 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 70.1 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rhesus ErbB3 migrates as an approximately 100 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.

It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
