What Makes a Good Corporation--On Creative BioMart’s Last Week-Meeting

Creative BioMart, a world leading biotech company that has served thousands of customers all over the world in the biotech field including the supply of recombinant proteins, antigens, as well as a wide range of services, last day launched its 64th week-meeting.  Week-meeting is aranged every Wednesday. And every week has its topic. The latest one Yesterday was set to have a talk on the topic “what makes a good corporation.”

As usual, this meeting was held in its number four council hall. Vice president, representatives from Marketing Department, IT department, Sales Department, Logistics Department, and Research Department attended the meeting. Attendees added up to 37. Every department elected one representative to give a speech about the topic. The time of the speech is not fixed. It can be a few classical sentences that manifest the meanings, it can also be a true speech to say a lot about personal opinions. This meeting lasted for about 3 hours. At the climax, all the attendees were excited and felt motivated. 

“This week’s topic was to make our colleagues know better about the esteem of a good company, and work together to achieve it. We hope everyone can learn something from this special meeting. Regarding each other as family and then care, endeavor, and sacrifice.” the vice president said at the end of the meeting.

After the meeting, every one has his own answers to this question. But the same factors are: Responsibility, Caring, Passion and Unity.
