Cat. No. : LYN-643H
Description : Lyn is a member of the src family of non-receptor protein tyrosine kinases that is predominantly expressed in haematopoietic tissues. Like all members of the src family, lyn is thought to participate in signal transduction from cell surface receptors that lack intrinsic tyrosine kinase activity. It is associated with a number of cell surface receptors including the B cell antigen receptor and immunoglobulin E receptor (FceRI).
Source : E. coli.
Presentation : 100μl purified human Lyn protein at 100μg/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA, 20% Glycerol without BSA and Sodium Azide.
Applications : ELISA•Inhibition Assays• Western Blotting.
Characterization : On SDS-PAGE commassie blue stained gel, the purified recombinant protein shows a band at 37kDa (including GST).
Storage & Stability : Store vial at -20℃ to -80℃. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months.
