Cat. No. : ADRBK1-357H
Description : Many of the Gprotein-coupled receptors are known tobe phosphorylated by G protein-dependent receptor kinases (GRKs). ADRBK1 (also referred to as βARK or BARK) is aserine/threonine intracellular kinase. It is activated by PKA and its targetis the beta adrenergic receptor. It is one method by which the cell willdesensitize itself from epinephrine overstimulation.
