Cat. No. : | PNT-1906H |
Description : | PNT and Midkine arestructurally related heparin-binding neurotrophic factors, whose expressionis developmentally regulated. The expression pattern of these neurotrophicfactors suggests function in neurogenesis, cell migration, secondary organogeneticinduction, and mesoderm epithelial interaction. The expression of PTN increasesduring the process of brain embryogenesis and reaches maximum levels at timeof birth. |
