Cat. No. : FGFR3-5419H
Description : FGFs comprise a family of atleast eighteen structurally realted proteins that are involved in a multitudeof physiological and pathological cellular processes, including cell growth, differentation, angiogenesis, wound healing and tumorgenesis. The biologicalactivities of the FGFs are mediated by a family if type I transmembranetyrosine kinases which undergo dimerization and autophosphorylation afterligand binding.
