Product Overview
Native Bovine ALBwas expressed in Bovine serum and Molecular Weight is 66 kDa.
Description
ALB is astable plasma protein that can be used as a blocking agent innumerous applications including ELISAs (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay),blots and immunohistochemistry. In restriction digests, ALB is usedto stabilizesomeenzymes during digestion of DNA and to prevent adhesion of the enzyme to reactiontubes and other vessels. Bovine Serum ALB does notaffect other enzymes that do not need it forstabilization.
