Cat. No. : Tyro3-414M
Description : Tyro3 and Mer constitutea new receptor tyrosine kinase subfamily. The extracellular domain of theseproteins contain two Ig like motifs and two fibronectin type III motifs. Thischaracteristic topology is also found in neural cell adhesion molecules andin receptor tyrosine phosphatases.
Source : Mammalian cells
Form : Lyophilized from a0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS.
N-terminal Sequence : Ala31
Molecular Weight : 69 kDa
Activity : Measured by itsbinding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized rmDtk/Fc Chimera at 5μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind rhGas6 with a linear range of 3-200 ng/mL.
Endotoxin Level : <1.0 EU per 1 μgof the protein by the LAL method.
Purity : >90%,by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and visualized by silver stain.
Reconstitution : Reconstitute at 100μg/mL in PBS.
Storage : Use amanual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. 12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70 °C as supplied. 1 month,2 to 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3 months, -20 to -70 °C under sterile conditions afterreconstitution.
