Active Recombinant Mouse Ifngr1 protein(Met1-Asp253), His-tagged

Cat.No. : Ifngr1-6954M
Product Overview : Recombinant Mouse IFNGR1 (P15261) extracellular domain (Met 1-Asp 253) was expressed in HEK293, with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

Source : HEK293
Species : Mouse
Tag : C-His
Protein length : Met1-Asp253
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Bio-activity : 1. Immobilized Mouse IFNGR1-His at 2 μg/mL (100 μl/well) can bind mouse IFNG-Fc, The EC50 of mouse IFNG-Fc is 20-100 ng/mL. 2. Measured by its ability to inhibit mIFNγ mediated protection of L929 cells infected with vesicular stomatitisvirus (VSV). The ED50 for this effect is 40-200 ng/mL.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant mouse IFNGR1 consists of 242 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 27.4 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rmIFNGR1 is approximately 40-45 kDa due to glycosylation.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity : > 98 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Storage : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C. Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
Gene Name : Ifngr1 interferon gamma receptor 1 [ Mus musculus ]
Official Symbol : Ifngr1
Synonyms : IFNGR1; interferon gamma receptor 1; IFN-gamma-R1; INF-g receptor; IFN-gamma receptor 1; interferon-gamma receptor 1; Ifgr; CD119; Ifngr; Nktar; IFN-gammaR;
Gene ID : 15979
