Recombinant Human SIAE (Q9HAT2-1) (Met 1- Lys523), fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag, was produced in Baculovirus-Insect cells.
Lyophilized from a 0.2μm filtered solution of 20mM Tris, 500mM NaCl, pH 8.0
The secreted recombinant human SIAE consists of 511 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 57.4 KDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 61 Kda in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
< 1.0 eu per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70oC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20oC~-70oC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution. Centrifuge the vial at 4oC before opening to recover the entire contents.
