Rat Anti-CSF2RA Monoclonal Antibody
GM-CSF is a hematopoietic factor that is produced by T cells, macrophages, fibroblasts and endothelial cells. This multifunctional cytokine stimulates progenitor cells of neutrophils, eosinophils and macrophages. GM-CSF is also a differentiation and activating factor for granulocytic and monocytic cells. TheNQ2-42H7antibody reacts with mouse granulocyte/macrophage-colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF). TheNQ2-42H7antibody can neutralize the bioactivity of natural or recombinant GM-CSF.
Yeast-expressed, recombinant mouse GM-CSF.
The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with biotin under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated biotin.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For use as an ELISA detection antibody, a concentration range of 0.5-2 μg/ml is recommended. To obtain a linear standard curve, serial dilutions of GM-CSF recombinant protein ranging from3000to 15 pg/ml are recommended for each ELISA plate. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 °C.Do not freeze.
