Rat Anti-IL2 Monoclonal Antibody
IL-2 is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor which exerts its biological activity primarily on T cells. Additionally, IL-2 has been found to stimulate growth and differentiation of B cells, NK cells, LAK cells, monocytes, and oligodendrocytes. TheKFT7-2B23antibody reacts with mouse interleukin-2 (IL-2).
E. coli-expressed, recombinant mouse IL-2
The LEAF (Low Endotoxin, Azide-Free) IL-2 antibody was Purified by affinity chromatography.
Each lot of this IL-2 antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For ELISPOT capture applications, a concentration range of 2-6 μg/ml is recommended. For ELISA capture applications, a concentration range of 0.5-2.0 μg/ml is recommended. To obtain a linear standard curve, serial dilutions of IL-2 recombinant protein ranging from 250 to 2 pg/ml are recommended for each ELISA plate. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
The IL-2 antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 °C. This LEAF solution contains no preservative; handle under aseptic conditions.
