Rat Anti-IL6 Monoclonal Antibody
IL-6 is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor that stimulates the growth and survivability of certain B cells and T cells. IL-6 plays a role in host defense, acute phase reactions, immune responses, and hematopoiesis. IL-6 is expressed by T cells, B cells, monocytes, fibroblasts, hepatocytes, endothelial cells and keratinocytes. TheNQ6-43D22antibody reacts with mouse interleukin-6 (IL-6). The MP5-32c11 antibody can not neutralize the bioactivity of natural or recombinant IL-6.
COS-7-expressed, recombinant mouse IL-6
The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with biotin under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated biotin.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For use as an ELISA detection antibody, a concentration range of 0.5-2 μg/ml is recommended. To obtain a linear standard curve, serial dilutions of mouse IL-6 recombinant protein ranging from 1000 to9pg/ml are recommended for each ELISA plate. For use as an ELISPOT detection antibody, a concentration range of 1-4 μg/ml is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 °C.Do not freeze.
