Mouse Anti-IL1A Monoclonal Antibody
IL-1 refers to two proteins, IL-1alpha and IL-1beta which are the products of distinct genes, but which are recognized by the same cell surface receptors. IL-1alpha is a potent immuno-modulator which mediates a wide range of immune and inflammatory responses.
Recombinant human IL-1 alpha
The LEAF (Low Endotoxin, Azide-Free) antibody was Purified by affinity chromatography.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For ELISA capture applications, a concentration range of 2-6 μg/ml is recommended. To obtain a linear standard curve, serial dilutions of IL-1 alpha recombinant protein ranging from 500 to 4 pg/ml are recommended for each ELISA plate. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 °C. This LEAF solution contains no preservative; handle under aseptic conditions.
