A DNA sequence encoding the human ADRBK1 ( NP_001610.2 ) ( Met 1 - Leu 689 ) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.

Description

ADRBK1 is a member of the protein kinase superfamily, AGC Ser/Thr protein kinase family and GPRK subfamily. ADRBK1 contains one AGC-kinase C-terminal domain, one PH domain, one protein kinase domain and one RGS domain. ADRBK1 is expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes. It is a key regulator of LPAR1 signaling.
