Description : FCGR2A is a single-pass type I membrane protein which contains two Ig-like C2-type domains. FCGR2A binds to the Fc region of immunoglobulins gamma. It is a low affinity receptor. By binding to IgG, FCGR2A initiates cellular responses against pathogens and soluble antigens.

Molecular Mass : The recombinant cynomolgus CD32a consists of 206 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 22.9 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 33-35 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
Storage : Store it under sterile conditions at -70°C upon receiving. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
