Cat. No. : PVR-4761H
Description : PVR is a Type I transmembrane glycoprotein in the immunoglobulin superfamily. Commonly known as Poliovirus Receptor (PVR) due to its involvement in the cellular poliovirus infection in primates, CD155"s normal cellular function is in the establishment of intercellular adherens junctions between epithelial cells
Source : Recombinant human CD155/PVR Gly27-Asn343 (Accession AAH15542) fused with a C-terminal 6-His tag was produced in human HEK293 cells.
Species : Human
Form : Bulk protein in a 0.22 μm f iltered solution of PBS, pH7.4 and delivered as liquid formulation or lyophilized powder. Normally 5-8% trehalose and mannitol are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Purity : >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. All lots are greater than 95% pure.
Endotoxin : Less than 1.0 EU per 1 μg of the rhCD155 by the LAL method.
Storage : Store at -80°C upon received. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
