Cat. No. : | Tnfsf11-116M |
Description : | RANKL binds to tnfrsf11b/opg and to tnfrsf11a/rank. Osteoclast differentiation and activation factor. Augments the ability of dendritic cells to stimulate naive t-cell proliferation. May be an important regulator of interactions between t-cells and dendritic cells and may play a role in the regulation of the t-cell-dependent immune response. sRANKL may also play an important role in enhanced bone-resorption in humoral hypercalcemia of malignancy. |
Source : | Escherichia Coli. |
Physical Appearance : | Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. |
Purity : | Greater than 95.0% as determined by: a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE. |
Formulation : | The protein (1mg/ml) was lyophilized with 10mM NaP, pH 7.5+ 50 NaCl. |
Solubility : | It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized sRANKL in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. |
Amino acid sequence : | The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined and was found to be Met-Phe-Ser-Gly-Ala. |
Biological Activity : | Measured by its ability to induce osteoclast formation on murine RAW264.7 cells using a concentration of 5.0-10.0 ng/ml. |
Storage : | Lyophilized TNFSF11 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution sRANKL should be stored at 4°Cbetween 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles. |

Q&As (6)
Ask a questionIt is possible to detect the expression level of TNFSF11 protein to help diagnose tumors and other diseases, and to assess their prognosis and treatment effectiveness.
At present, a variety of drugs have been developed to target TNFSF11 proteins and their related signaling pathways, including inhibiting their expression and inhibiting their binding to receptors, etc., for the treatment of tumors and other bone metabolism-related diseases.
Studies have shown that TNFSF11 proteins can be involved in the regulation of infectious diseases, such as playing a role in some viral infections.
There are differences in the expression of TNFSF11 proteins in different tissues and organs, and they are expressed in tissues and organs such as the immune system, bones, and teeth, and the expression level may be affected by many factors.
Studies have shown that TNFSF11 proteins can be involved in the regulation of autoimmune diseases, such as in autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis.
TNFSF11 protein belongs to the TNF superfamily and has certain structural and functional similarities with other members of the TNF superfamily.
Customer Reviews (3)
Write a reviewThe reproducibility of TNFSF11 is so good that the results are highly consistent regardless of the conditions under which the experiment or application is performed, greatly reducing the experimental error.
Green production process of TNFSF11 is highly commendable, which uses the most advanced biotechnology to increase production efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
The short half-life and high clearance of TNFSF11 make it better able to adapt to changing treatment needs and provide patients with more flexible treatment options.
