Native Human APOA1

Cat.No.: APOA1-8364H
Product Overview: Native Human APOA1 was purified from Plasma.
Description: Lipids, as such are insoluble in plasma. They combine with apolipoproteins to form lipoproteins and this process solubilises lipids in plasma, providing a transport system for lipids. Apolipoproteins also play an important role in lipoprotein receptor recognition and regulation of certain enzymes in lipoprotein metabolism. Apolipoprotein A1 (APOA1)specifically binds phospholipids.
Source: Plasma
Species: Human
Form: Liquid frozen in 0.01M NH4HCO3.
Purity: Nominally >95% by SDS-PAGE.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute with phosphate buffer, pH >7.0 containing 0.15 M NaCl is recommended. Do not weigh out.To ensure full product recovery, it is advised that reconstitution is performed directly into supplied vial incorporating further washings with the reconstitution buffer.
