Source : HEK293
Species : Rat
Tag : His
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.Please contact us for any concerns or special requirements. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Bio-activity : 1.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. 2.Immobilized rat SIRPA-His at 10μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind biotinylated rat CD47-His, the EC50 of biotinylated rat CD47-His is 0.1-0.4ug/mL.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant rat SIRPA comprises 353 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 39 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 63-80 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
Protein Length : Met1-Asn373
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Purity : > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Storage : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C
Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
Gene Name : Sirpa signal-regulatory protein alpha [ Rattus norvegicus ]
Official Symbol : Sirpa
Synonyms : SIRPA; signal-regulatory protein alpha; tyrosine-protein phosphatase non-receptor type substrate 1; sirp-alpha-1; SHP substrate 1; inhibitory receptor SHPS-1; macrophage fusion receptor; signal-regulatory protein alpha-1; CD172 antigen-like family member A; macrophage membrane protein MFP150; brain Ig-like molecule with tyrosine-based activation motifs; Brain immunoglobulin like protein with tyrosine - based activation motifs; Protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type substrate 1 (SHP substrate 1); Protein tyrosine phosphatase, non-receptor type substrate 1 (SHP substrate 1); Bit; Ptpns1; SHPS-1;
