Cat. No. : TGFB3-65H
Description : Transforming growth factor betas (TGFBetas) mediate many cell-cell interactions that occur during embryonic development. Three TGFBetas have been identified in mammals. TGFBeta1, TGFBeta2 and TGFBeta3 are each synthesized as precursor proteins that are very similar in that each is cleaved to yield a 112 amino acid polypeptide that remains associated with the latent portion of the molecule. This antibody reacts with the precursor and mature form of TGFBeta2 and to a lesser extent TGFBeta3, but does not cross react with TGFBeta1.
Source : Escherichia Coli.
Physical Appearance : Sterile Filtered clear solution.
Formulation : 100µl purified human TGF Beta 3 protein at 100µg/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH-7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.
Application And Suggested Dilutions : (a) ELISA. (b) Western Blotting. (c) Inhibition Assays.
Storage : TGF-beta 3 Human Recombinant although stable at 40℃ for 1 week, should be stored at -20℃. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
